Agent & Agency Registration Agreement
Version 2026-10-23.2 · Effective October 23, 2026
By explicitly accepting this agreement, you agree to these rules for your agent or agency account with FormaMira.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control your registration email, protect your password and register only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate another person or share account access. Notify FormaMira through the person handling your registration if you discover misuse.
2. Authority and truthful casting
You must be authorized to represent the named agency or company and provide accurate organization and contact information. Do not claim FormaMira endorsement or verified status from registration. Describe each project honestly, including the hiring party, work type, location, dates, budget, payment timing, expenses, image usage and any adult, nude or sensitive requirements before asking a model to agree.
3. Fair payment and professional conduct
Honor agreed payment and cancellation terms and disclose commissions or deductions in writing before agreement. Do not charge models a fee or deposit to unlock a promised job, require unnecessary paid services as a condition of consideration, send fake checks, demand money be forwarded or make false income guarantees. Follow applicable employment, agency, tax and workplace safety requirements.
4. Consent, adult casting and verification
Respect every model’s stated categories and boundaries. Do not solicit adult work from minors, unverified applicants or models who have not separately opted in. Adult offers must remain blocked until FormaMira has a valid government photo ID on file and has manually approved identity, age 18+ and document validity. Never bypass this process. You remain responsible for the legal checks and documentation required for your own project; FormaMira review is not a legal compliance certification. Obtain specific project consent and written usage rights; account registration is not a model release.
5. Protect model information
An agency with accepted current terms may view only portfolios models have explicitly chosen to share. Registration grants no access to private applications, contact details, originals or IDs. Shared photos and profile information may be viewed solely to assess the stated casting; do not republish, resell, train AI on, or otherwise reuse them without specific permission. Watermarks do not grant usage rights. Do not scrape, sell, publish or share model information, request private ID copies through casting messages or contact models for unrelated marketing. If information is later lawfully shared for a specific casting, use only the minimum needed for that purpose and protect it from unauthorized access.
6. Respect and safety
Harassment, threats, discrimination, coercion, fraud, trafficking, illegal activity and exploitation are prohibited. Never submit content depicting a minor in a sexual context, stolen content, forged documents or material shared without permission. Do not pressure anyone to change their boundaries or provide sexual services.
7. Registration and opportunities
Registration creates a FormaMira account. It does not establish employment, exclusive representation, a booking, verified agency status or a promise of earnings. Email ownership is not verified by registration. FormaMira currently records registrations and privately reviews submissions; it does not provide automatic matching or payouts.
8. Privacy and permitted use
FormaMira stores registration details privately for account operation and reviewer assessment. Private application photos and IDs remain restricted. A model may separately opt in to share a portfolio with signed-in agencies, including a chosen display name, chosen location, introduction, boundaries, categories, requested rates and gallery photos and video demos. Models can turn off sharing or remove gallery photos or demos to withdraw current agency access; historical copies remain private in the administrator archive until removed. Account and submission records are encrypted on the hosting PC. Authorized reviewers can access relevant records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Acceptance records include your account, role, agreement version, document fingerprint and server timestamp.
9. Account restrictions and changes
FormaMira may restrict accounts or remove material for breaches, suspected fraud, safety concerns or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service and request account closure or correction through your FormaMira registration contact. Closure requests require identity confirmation; records needed for security, acceptance evidence or legal obligations may be retained. A revised agreement requires fresh acceptance before further profile updates. Existing project contracts and rights under applicable law are unaffected.
10. Scope of these terms
These rules govern registration with FormaMira. They do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or replace a separate project contract, privacy permission, image release or legally required documentation. Save or print this agreement for your records.
