Model Registration Agreement

By explicitly accepting this agreement, you agree to these rules for your model account with FormaMira.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control your registration email, protect your password and register only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate another person or share account access. Notify FormaMira through the person handling your registration if you discover misuse.
2. Accurate profile and photo rights
Describe your age, experience, availability and interests truthfully. Submit only your own portfolio and documents, with permission from the photographer and anyone depicted where required. You retain your rights. Submitting material permits FormaMira to store and review it for your application; it does not authorize public advertising, resale, AI training or unrestricted image use.
3. Your choices and adult work
Choosing a category expresses an interest only. You may decline an opportunity or change your boundaries. Registration is not consent to nudity, sexual activity, a particular shoot or publication. Adult modeling requires a separate opt-in, a valid government photo ID on file and manual approval of identity, age 18+ and document validity before an adult job offer. Approval is not consent to a job and does not replace any producer’s legal verification obligations.
4. Before accepting work
Agree directly with the hiring party in writing on the work, boundaries, location, dates, compensation, payment timing, expenses, cancellation and image usage before accepting. Do not rely on registration as a payment guarantee. Do not send money to unlock a promised booking or give an agent your password or identity document outside the approved private verification process.
5. Respect and safety
Harassment, threats, discrimination, coercion, fraud, trafficking, illegal activity and exploitation are prohibited. Never submit content depicting a minor in a sexual context, stolen content, forged documents or material shared without permission. Do not pressure anyone to change their boundaries or provide sexual services.
6. Registration and opportunities
Registration creates a FormaMira account. It does not establish employment, exclusive representation, a booking, verified agency status or a promise of earnings. Email ownership is not verified by registration. FormaMira currently records registrations and privately reviews submissions; it does not provide automatic matching or payouts.
7. Privacy and permitted use
FormaMira stores registration details privately for account operation and reviewer assessment. Private application photos and IDs remain restricted. A model may separately opt in to share a portfolio with signed-in agencies, including a chosen display name, chosen location, introduction, boundaries, categories, requested rates and gallery photos and video demos. Models can turn off sharing or remove gallery photos or demos to withdraw current agency access; historical copies remain private in the administrator archive until removed. Account and submission records are encrypted on the hosting PC. Authorized reviewers can access relevant records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Acceptance records include your account, role, agreement version, document fingerprint and server timestamp.
8. Account restrictions and changes
FormaMira may restrict accounts or remove material for breaches, suspected fraud, safety concerns or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service and request account closure or correction through your FormaMira registration contact. Closure requests require identity confirmation; records needed for security, acceptance evidence or legal obligations may be retained. A revised agreement requires fresh acceptance before further profile updates. Existing project contracts and rights under applicable law are unaffected.
9. Scope of these terms
These rules govern registration with FormaMira. They do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or replace a separate project contract, privacy permission, image release or legally required documentation. Save or print this agreement for your records.
